Where the Paint Happens
Natural light streams into each of our four private studios with a thoughtfully appointed dressing area just outside the throw room. Our eco-friendly and compostable canvas covers the throwing wall where throws are instructed to be focused. Don’t worry though, the room was designed to handle a mess. This is where you can let out your inner Jackson Pollack and let the paint fly.
How the Work Happens
Set your intention on letting go of whatever you no longer want to carry with you and let it move through you and onto the wall as you throw the paint. Laugh, cry, yell, breathe…this is a safe space to allow yourself to disentangle from the messiness inside. Remember, you can’t take it with you so release yourself of any expectations or pressure to perfect it. Upon completion take a moment to reflect on what you were able to release in your TheraPaint session.
Where the Magic Happens
After your session, your entire work is composted so that it can transform into productive fuel for something beautiful to grow in our serene garden. Feel free to walk the path in a meditative practice or just sit on one of the antique benches and soak in all the beauty that has grown from the TheraPaint process.
